This half-day seminar provides an overview of Supply Chain Management. Case studies illustrate the financial benefits of improved Supply Chain thinking and provide participants with practical examples in procurement, warehousing, transport, customer service, inventory planning and e-commerce.
An optional half-day module is available with this seminar to enable participants to undertake a role play in Supply Chain Planning. This module is used by the Mt. Eliza Business College as part of the Senior Management Development Programme.
